Working with Ports of Normandy

When a bridge needs to be replaced, a dock reinforced, a new payroll software program installed or a harbour dredged, the job needs to be outsourced. And as Ports of Normandy is funded by local authorities, we must abide by the French public order code.

 

We publish between 100 and 150 calls for tenders every year.  Our staff draft the tender documents and submit an analysis of the bids received to the elected members on our Tender Commission who then vote on them.
